My STSM Experience – Christina Kolokytha

My STSM Experience – Christina Kolokytha

During my STSM action, I had one of the best experiences of my life. I had the privilege to collaborate with the distinguished scientist Prof. Ivo Rietveld. Together, we investigated the physical properties of cocrystals using a range of advanced experimental techniques. This BEST-CSP Action offered me an invaluable opportunity to combine experimental work with theoretical studies.

It was a significant experience that allowed me to develop practical skills in solid-state experimental methods, learn advanced techniques for cocrystal characterization, and further strengthen my research expertise.

This pioneering work has great potential to pave the way for future fruitful collaborations between the host and visiting research groups. I am truly grateful for this opportunity and look forward to building on this experience in my future research.
